The story behind Voyce

Today’s problem.
Tomorrow’s solution.

Every day, animals run out of time before help finds them. Here’s what changes when a community network is built to close that gap.

⛔ Today

An injured or lost stray. A dog at risk at a shelter. A cat no one is coming for.

Help often doesn’t arrive in time.
  • Social media posts get buried in feeds
  • Shelter animals run out of time before the right person sees them
  • People don’t know who to call
  • Help often arrives too late
✅ With Voyce

Rescuers nearby. Fosters ready. A community that shows up.

Our mission: less time between seeing an animal and helping them.
Voyce measures every minute
  • Every animal — seen
  • Help arrives — in time
  • The community — already in place
  • Lives — saved
🌱 Measurable. Achievable. Honest.

Journey of a Reporter, a Network, and the Animal.

Three journeys begin with one photo. Watch how Voyce moves the reporter, the network, and the animal toward help.

Watch the flow →
You see an animal in need
Take or upload a photo or video. Anonymous option available.
GPS auto-pins location
Exact street, neighborhood, or shelter location is captured — no typing needed. Works offline; syncs the moment signal returns.
AI Scan
Voyce AI scans and assesses the animal — then instantly builds the Rescue Profile and Health Assessment / Medical Card. Breed, age, behaviour, medical notes, urgency status. Zero typing required.
Notifications reach the network instantly
Street strays: closest responders first — nearest animal lovers, rescuers, rescues, fosters, vets, and adopters — then alerts ripple outward across the area. Shelter animals: everyone in the network gets notified simultaneously. All receive the Rescue Profile and Health Assessment / Medical Card.
Someone steps up
Notifications go out instantly. When someone in the network is ready to act, they commit — to foster, rescue, adopt, donate, transport, or share. Every kind of help has a path. If no one responds, the alert escalates automatically.
Coordinate
The reporter, responders, and everyone in the network who stepped up coordinate directly — share what they're seeing, where they are, what the animal needs. No phone tag, no waiting on email.
Help arrives
An animal lover, rescuer, foster, volunteer — anyone in the network who can help — reaches the animal in person to transport, foster, or bring it to safety.
Animal is helped.
Out of the kennel. Into safety. Reunited with family. Into a foster's living room. Onto the ride home.

If helped and saved, a pic is posted to confirm — the safe-and-sound update goes to the whole network.

Voyce for Paws is pre-launch and volunteer-built. The flows you see — the AI Rescue Report, responder counts, network alerts — are demonstrations of how the app will work once live. AI assessments are advisory, not diagnostic — always consult a vet for medical decisions. Names, counts, and outcomes shown are illustrative of typical network responses.

What Voyce Helps With

Your missions. One network.

Whatever kind of animal needs help, one photo reaches the same network — rescuers, fosters, shelters, vets, and animal lovers who may be able to act. Tap any mission to see Voyce respond.

Our Promise · Honest by Design
Built for the moments that can’t wait.

Every report reaches the nearest active responders first. If no one’s close, the alert ripples outward until help is found — faster than anywhere else.

We can’t guarantee someone arrives. But no animal stays unseen.

Voyce is an alert network. Every report goes out fast; the community makes the save. We’re honest about what we can do — and what we can’t.

Every share builds the network.

Right now, your share gets eyes on an animal. Once Voyce reaches 1,000 people sharing, instant alerts launch — closest helper notified for every animal. Until then, every share is the network.

Live Today · San Antonio ACS

Real shelter dogs, running out of time.

Voyce starts with the most urgent mission: shelter dogs on daily euthanasia lists. We turn every one into a shareable rescue card — with real photos, real notes, and the real deadline — so rescues, fosters, and adopters can act in time. More missions launch as the network grows.

🏠

At-Risk Shelter Animals Live today

Daily kill lists from public shelters — turned into shareable cards so the network can act in time.

Every day, public shelters publish lists of animals about to be killed. Voyce takes those lists and turns every animal into a shareable card — with their real photo, real notes, and the exact deadline. Rescues, fosters, and adopters get alerted in time to act.

We're starting with San Antonio ACS because their daily kill list is public — no partnership needed. Every other shelter that publishes a list is next.

🌱 How it works on real ACS data

Why We Exist

Built for the moments that can’t wait.

Too many animals don’t get seen in time. Some are injured strays on the street. Some sit in shelters running out of time. Some are lost, waiting to be found. Voyce connects the moment you see an animal to the people who can help — before it’s too late.

I saw an animal that needed help.

I searched. I called. I posted. I tried.

But time was running out.

That’s why we’re building Voyce.

Our Mission

Reduce the time between seeing an animal and finding potential help.

❓ Frequently Asked

Questions, answered honestly.

Tap any question to expand.

Is Voyce free? +
Yes. Always. Voyce is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. No fees for reporting an animal, joining the community network, or receiving alerts. Ever.
When does Voyce launch? +
Voyce launches in Ohio first this summer, then rolls out across every U.S. state, one by one. Join the waitlist to be notified the moment we go live in your area.
Who can join the community network? +
Anyone who cares. Animal lovers, rescuers, fosters, shelters, transporters, volunteers, and everyday neighbors. You don’t need credentials to help — you just need to want to.
What if there’s no one nearby? +
Voyce ripples the alert outward. Closest first, then wider until help is found. Shelters and rescues farther out get notified too, so distance doesn’t mean delay.
Is my data private? +
Yes. We never sell your data. Your information is only used to coordinate help for animals.
I’m not a rescuer. Can I still help? +
Absolutely. Most of the community network is everyday people. Spotting an animal in trouble, taking one photo, sharing a foster space, or driving 10 minutes to transport — that’s the community network.
Does Voyce actually rescue the animal? +
Voyce is the alert system. The community network does the rescue. We connect the moment you see an animal to the people who can help — shelters, rescuers, fosters, and animal lovers in your area.
How is Voyce different from posting on social media? +
Social posts get buried in feeds and reach whoever happens to be scrolling. Voyce goes directly to the people who can act — verified shelters, rescuers, fosters, and responders in range — in real time.
